Scenario Demonstration With Questioning
Consisting of a scenario demonstration, taking 90 mins (including questioning), during which the apprentice will have to perform a series of tasks.
The tasks have been designed to enable the apprentice to demonstrate the assessment criteria for AM1, whilst also providing the basis for any questions asked by the independent assessor.
Questioning will take place during the 90 minute demonstration and will consist of a minimum of 5 questions across both.
A 60-minute two-way discussion underpinned by the portfolio, which involves both the independent assessor and the apprentice actively listening and participating in a formal conversation.
