AP Gateway – New and improved functionality!

We recently launched AP Gateway, our proprietary platform that makes everything about the apprenticeship assessment process easy, from registration to certification. AP Gateway is free for providers working with Accelerate People, and replaces all other third-party platforms such as ACE360 or EPA Pro.

We are constantly refining AP Gateway's functionality and features. Our recent improvements include:

• Bulk upload apprentice registrations using an updated template

• The ability to upload evidence for Gateway submissions

• Functionality to allow you to manage Reasonable Adjustments and Special Considerations within AP Gateway. **And coming soon, you will be able to request Reasonable Adjustments and Special Considerations directly in the platform!

• Request resits and retakes directly in the platform

• Access all policy and guidance materials in our 'Guidance Library', including specific materials for the standards you are registered for

• View reports on:

  • certificates claimed

  • learners work due and submitted

  • grades released

  • learners on hold

• A custom dashboard for learners where they can see their submission deadlines and assessment dates and timings

Finally, we have launched a personalised dashboard for every provider and learner, containing tailored information at a glance, with more in depth reporting a click away.
