Work-based Project With Professional Discussion
A 2,250-word work-based project requiring the implementation of a learning and development solution to a real business problem, submitted by the end of month four of the EPA period.
A 60-minute two-way discussion based on the work-based project, which involves both the independent assessor and the apprentice actively listening and participating in a formal conversation.
A presentation based on the learning journal will be presented to an independent assessor, this will be followed by a questioning session; the presentation will take 20 minutes, and the questioning will take 25 minutes.
