This apprenticeship equips professionals with the skills to deliver effective marketing across multiple channels, helping organisations build awareness, engage audiences, and drive demand. Multi-channel Marketers support campaigns that shape perception and contribute to measurable business growth.
They will:
Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Create content, conduct research, and analyse campaign performance
Coordinate with teams and suppliers while managing marketing activity and resources

Written Project Report With Presentation and Questioning
A 2,500-word project designed to meet the needs of the business, delivering real business benefit, submitted by the end of week 12 of the EPA period.
A presentation based on the project is also submitted by the end of week 12 of the EPA period; this is then presented to an independent assessor. The presentation will take 20 minutes and will be followed by 25 minutes of questioning on both the presentation and project.
A 60-minute two-way discussion underpinned by the portfolio, which involves both the independent assessor and the apprentice actively listening and participating in a formal conversation.
Interview Underpinned by Portfolio of Evidence
Grades awarded are fail, pass, merit, or distinction.
