

Assessment Introduction
This apprenticeship equips professionals with the skills to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships across a range of markets. Sales Executives connect products and services with customer needs, helping organisations grow revenue and expand their client base.
They will:
Identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers
Build and manage relationships to retain and grow existing accounts
Analyse customer needs and deliver tailored sales solutions that drive results

Work-based Project
A 5,000-word report based on a work-based project completed after gateway, submitted by the end of week 10 of the EPA period. This assessment method must be graded Pass, as a minimum, before apprentices can attempt AM2 and AM3.
A 30-minute session compromising of a 10-minute sales pitch presentation, 5-minute explanation of their preparation, and 15-minutes of questions and answers. Presentations must be submitted at least 10-days before the delivery of the presentation.

A 50-minute two-way discussion underpinned by the portfolio of evidence, which involves both the independent assessor and the apprentice actively listening and participating in a formal conversation.
