A real highlight was Francesca Martinez’s Day Two keynote, "The Beauty of Diversity," which aligns powerfully with ATC 2026’s wider focus on future‑focused skills and digital transformation. As the conference explores how a more flexible, employer‑led and digitally enabled skills system can drive growth and opportunity, her talk reinforces the human side of that transformation—challenging assumptions about normality and encouraging delegates to embrace individuality as a source of creativity and confidence.
