Christmas Closure

Our team will be taking a festive break from 𝟮𝟱 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 to 𝟱 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Here is how we will ensure your learners access their full entitlement of time for their EPAs over the Christmas break.

• EPAs will continue to take place up to and including 24th December 2025.

  
  

• Every effort will be made to issue grades prior to the Christmas break. Where this is not possible, grades will be with you promptly in January - well within SLA.

  
  

• For apprentices whose EPA period spans the Christmas holidays, we will amend work-based project return dates to ensure the correct time allowance is given.

  
  

• The extended time accounts for the three bank holidays (25th and 26th December 2025, and 1st January 2026), plus Accelerate People's Christmas closure days (29th, 30th, 31st December 2025 and 2nd January 2026).

  
  

• When we schedule EPAs affected by the Christmas closure dates, our correspondence to your learners will be adapted to state their revised return date.
