Apprenticeship Assessment
This apprenticeship equips professionals with the skills to support successful project delivery, helping organisations plan, coordinate, and deliver work efficiently. Associate Project Managers keep projects on track by managing activities, resources, and stakeholders while adapting to changing needs.
They will:
Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate resources and stakeholders while tracking progress and performance
Support quality, budgets, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle

The mandated assessment method for this standard is at least one project. We are currently in the process of designing our assessment approach to make sure it is rigorous, fair and fit for purpose. Additional assessment methods may be incorporated as our design develops. This apprenticeship assessment has a lead-in time to allow us to design and finalise our approach. It is available for starts from 28th January 2027.
