Assessment Introduction

This apprenticeship equips professionals with the skills to deliver effective HR support, helping organisations manage their workforce, maintain compliance, and support business performance. HR Support professionals provide essential advice and guidance across the employee lifecycle, ensuring processes run smoothly and risks are managed. 


They will:

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle

  • Manage HR systems, records, and processes to support business operations

  • Guide managers on HR issues while ensuring compliance with policy and employment law

Consultative Project

Apprentices will complete a consultative project post-gateway that is relevant to the actual business and the role that the apprentice is performing.  The 3,000-word project will cover the assessment criteria assigned to this assessment method and is submitted a maximum of three months after the EPA start date.

A 60-75-minute two-way discussion underpinned by the portfolio, which involves both the independent assessor and the apprentice actively listening and participating in a formal conversation.
