Accelerate People Ltd are a specialised, flexible, customer responsive assessment organisation focused on delivering high quality assessments practices. Listed on the Register of Apprentice Assessment Organisations (RoAAO) as an approved licensee of the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) we have been assessed as suitable to conduct End-point Assessment (EPA) for Digital Apprenticeships. Working with employers, Colleges and Training Providers we are committed to offering and providing the best possible experience to the apprentice to enable them to achieve the highest possible grade. The organisation is subject to External Quality Assurance (EQA) by the regulatory authority.

Benefits
Continuous Personal Development (CPD) – We believe that effective CPD contributes significantly to the improvement and quality of the End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO). An investment in the employee not only has a positive effect on their motivation and effectiveness, but it also helps to create a climate for learning, which positively affects both employee ability and assessment quality throughout the EPAO. Employees will receive a minimum of 4 sponsored days each year for CPD and upskilling in their business area.
