Accelerate People Level 3 Award in Taking B2B SaaS Products to Market

Qualification Overview

Working in partnership with Blenheim Chalcot, the UK’s leading digital venture builder, the Accelerate People Level 3 Award in Taking B2B SaaS Products to Market is aimed at preparing individuals for successful careers in the B2B SaaS industry, by equipping learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to decide and execute upon different go-to-market strategies for different SaaS products.

Target Audience

This qualification is for individuals in entry-level roles and upwards within the B2B SaaS industry, such as Product Associates and Managers, Sales Executives, Marketing Associates and Managers, Business Development Associates and Managers, and other operational and customer-facing roles.

It is designed to strengthen the skills and knowledge of individuals who aspire to progress to commercial roles within B2B SaaS teams or identify a clearer career trajectory in the B2B SaaS industry.

The qualification is also relevant to those looking to begin their careers in B2B SaaS. It will provide them with a pathway the industry, including identifying a desired career trajectory.

Qualification Structure

The qualification is made up of five modules. The qualification is linear, and the modules must be followed and completed in sequence. To progress from one unit to the next, learners must attend and participate in the learning session and complete a homework assignment which demonstrates independent learning.

Each end-of-module assessment will be graded, and success will determine progression to the next module.

Assessment Methodology

The grading system will be consistent for both the end-of-module and end-point assessments. The end-of-module assessments will be formally graded, and the overall mark will contribute towards the final assessment grade for the qualification, with a 35% weighting.  In order to progress from one module to the next, learners will need to have achieved at least a “pass” (equal to or over 50%) in the end-of-module assessment. Should they fail to do so, there will be an opportunity to retake the assessment. The percentage will be determined by marks out of 5 for specific learning criteria, outlined in detail for each assessment in the specification.

The End-Point Assessment, taking place upon completion of all the qualification’s modules, will be assessed according to the same grading system, and the overall mark will have a 65% weighting towards the learner’s final Qualification grade.
