This qualification prepares professionals for roles in organisations of all sizes across public, private and voluntary sectors where computer and communications systems are critical to operations. Information Communications Technicians deliver efficient operation and control of IT and/or telecommunications infrastructure, supporting internal and external customers by troubleshooting routine and non-routine problems.
