Elevate your apprentices' success with Accelerate People's innovative approach to the Level 3 Advertising and Media Executive end-point assessment.
This qualification prepares professionals for one of the UK's most influential and creative industries. Advertising and Media Executives help drive the entire advertising process from initial brief to campaign measurement, specialising in either creative or media pathways while understanding how both interact. They work collaboratively across teams, manage inevitable changes, and maintain crucial relationships with clients and suppliers.
Our tech-driven assessment platform delivers rapid 24-hour results, detailed criterion-specific feedback, and flexible scheduling through our industry-experienced assessors. We transform the EPA experience into a streamlined journey that positions apprentices for success in this dynamic and creative field across agencies of all sizes throughout the UK.
The apprenticeship standard has two options:
-
Advertising and Media Executive Creative Specialist
-
Advertising and Media Executive Media Specialist
Assessment method 1: Project showcase (Work based project with slide deck, oral presentation and Q&A)
A work-based project based on the delivery of a specific advertising and media project drawn from the employer’s current workload. A presentation based on the project is submitted by the end of day 20 of the EPA period. A presentation with questioning session will follow with an independent assessor; the presentation will take 30 minutes and will be followed by 30 minutes of questioning.
Assessment method 2: Professional discussion and practical observation (supported by a portfolio of evidence)
A 60-minute session where the apprentice is observed by the assessor interacting with a variety of people to demonstrate the required knowledge, skills and behaviours mapped to this assessment method. A 60-minute two-way discussion underpinned by the portfolio, which involves both the independent assessor and the apprentice actively listening and participating in a formal conversation.
