EPA overview
Elevate your apprentices' success with Accelerate People's innovative approach to the Level 3 Content Creator end-point assessment.
This qualification prepares professionals for roles across all sectors and industries where engaging content is needed. Content Creators develop written and audio-visual content for various platforms including social media, broadcast, and print. They work to specific briefs, researching and developing messaging that maximises audience engagement while capturing brand strategy and business objectives. They tailor content to suit different platforms and audiences, working with stakeholders such as clients, marketing teams, production teams, and contributors throughout the creation process.
Our tech-driven assessment platform delivers rapid 24-hour results, detailed criterion-specific feedback, and flexible scheduling through our industry-experienced assessors. We transform the EPA experience into a streamlined journey that positions apprentices for success in this creative storytelling role that drives audience connection and brand visibility.
Assessment method 1: Project or campaign evaluation report, presentation of additional/new content and questions
A 1,500-word report based on a project or campaign that the apprentice has contributed to, and developed content for, in the last 6 months leading to gateway, submitted by the end of week 4 of the EPA period. A presentation of new or additional content, that builds on the project or campaign evaluation report, is also prepared and the presentation speaker notes and supporting materials are submitted by the end of week 4 of the EPA period; this is then presented to an independent assessor. The presentation will take 15 minutes and will be followed by 15 minutes of questioning.
Assessment method 2: Professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence
A 60-minute two-way discussion underpinned by the portfolio, which involves both the independent assessor and the apprentice actively listening and participating in a formal conversation.
