EPA overview
Elevate your apprentices' success with Accelerate People's innovative approach to the Level 3 Multi-channel Marketer end-point assessment.
This qualification prepares professionals for roles across private, public and third sectors in organisations of all sizes. Multi-channel Marketers support customer-focused marketing activities that drive demand for products or services through awareness-raising and perception-building campaigns. They contribute to implementing marketing strategies across multiple platforms, delivering day-to-day activities essential to the marketing function. Their responsibilities include content creation, market research, campaign analytics, managing marketing literature, tracking expenditure, and coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
Our tech-driven assessment platform delivers rapid 24-hour results, detailed criterion-specific feedback, and flexible scheduling through our industry-experienced assessors. We transform the EPA experience into a streamlined journey that positions apprentices for success in this versatile role that creates integrated marketing experiences across traditional and digital channels.
Assessment method 1: Project report with presentation and questioning
A 2,500-word project designed to meet the needs of the business, delivering real business benefit, submitted by the end of week 12 of the EPA period. A presentation based on the project is also submitted by the end of week 12 of the EPA period; this is then presented to an independent assessor. The presentation will take 20 minutes and will be followed by 25 minutes of questioning on both the presentation and project.
Assessment method 2: Interview underpinned by a portfolio of evidence
A 60-minute two-way discussion underpinned by the portfolio, which involves both the independent assessor and the apprentice actively listening and participating in a formal conversation.
