EPA overview
Elevate your apprentices' success with Accelerate People's innovative approach to the Level 5 Learning and Development Consultant Business Partner end-point assessment.
This qualification prepares professionals to ensure learning and development (L&D) contributes to improved workplace performance while aligning with strategic business objectives. L&D Consultant Business Partners act as agents for change, influencing key stakeholders and making recommendations on learning strategies. They lead L&D elements of business projects, measure outcomes of learning interventions to demonstrate return on investment, and may focus on specialist areas such as organisational development, digital learning, or talent management while maintaining a solid foundation across all L&D disciplines.
Our tech-driven assessment platform delivers rapid 24-hour results, detailed criterion-specific feedback, and flexible scheduling through our industry-experienced assessors. We transform the EPA experience into a streamlined journey that positions apprentices for success in this strategic role that elevates learning from a support function to a true business partnership driving organisational performance.
